Telephone Customer Service Specialist - Polish & German speaking

Always wanted to be a specialist?

For our small international team we are looking for a multilingual team player, to expand our friendly team of customer service specialists.

One moment you are advising shops about chocolate, the other moment you’re helping opticians from all over Europe. Sometimes you are a specialist in dairy drink, and sometimes you help account managers in giving them information about their clients and prospects. A few times a week you are an information specialist for medical studies where sensitive information needs to be processed in a secure and confidential way. CPM Contact Center is located in Amstelveen, our present team consists of 10 employees.

What are you going to do/be for us:

• Presenting a professional image on behalf of all CPM clients;
• Handling telephone enquiries in multiple-languages;
• Working with in-house and client based information systems using proprietary software;
• Managing a telephone call-back system, on behalf of callers, to ensure that return calls are made as appropriate;
• Making “warm transfers” (if applicable and appropriate);
• Undertaking administrative duties such as email, fax, order and other miscellaneous tasks; 
• Keeping up to date with information changes and client events, within an ever changing environment;
• Adhering to customer service level agreements;
• Use professional language and terminology;
• Work within strict guidelines in relation to information being given out;
• Understand complaints and call back procedures in line with company policy;
• Update systems accurately and in line with company policy and client requirements;
• Working hours: 24 to 36 Hrs part time with flexibility on demand
• Reporting to Team Manager

-Native or excellent Polish and German is a MUST, others e.g. Dutch and / or French are a strong plus 
-Understanding of MS Word and Excel
